What we do
Apt Consult’s services are provided via two routes – the Training route, and the Consulting route.
The Training Route
The Transformational Leadership Development Training (TLDT) is Apt Consult’s high-impact, four-phased, 72-hour interactive leadership development training workshop. Through these workshops, participants discover their authentic leadership identity, and learn and practice key leadership skills to transform themselves, groups, and organizations. TLDT can be condensed into an intensive, one week 30-hour workshop to meet the needs of organizational managers who may not afford to be away from work for longer periods.
As part of its commitment to leadership development, Apt Consult will assign consultants to facilitate internal organizational reflection meetings and retreats as external consultants.
The training component also provides coaching and mentoring services to organizational leaders and managers.
